About this policy

This policy explains information handled through the independent Company sodi blog at https://www.companysodi.com/. The blog operates under the public name Company sodi. For privacy questions or requests, contact ycompanysodi@gmail.com.

The blog is hosted on Google's Blogger service. Google's processing through its own services is also explained in its Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Email and comments

If you email us, we receive your email address, the name shown with your message, its contents and any attachments you send. We use this information to respond to your question, consider a correction or address the issue you raised. Avoid sending identity documents, payment details or unrelated sensitive information.

The blog offers Blogger comments. A published comment, display name, profile link and other information shown by the commenting service may be visible to readers and through comment feeds. Google also processes information to provide its commenting service. Do not put private information in a public comment. Comment authors remain responsible for what they share.

Hosting and technical information

Loading a page connects your browser to Blogger and resources used to display the blog. Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested page, access time and performance or security data. Blogger and Google may use cookies or similar technologies to provide their services, protect against abuse and generate usage statistics.

The blog's optional analytics choice does not control all processing by Blogger, Google or websites you visit through our links. You can also manage cookies through your browser, although some features may stop working.

Optional analytics and your choice

When enabled and you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and features are useful and improve the blog. Our optional integration does not load the Google Analytics tag before acceptance or when your saved choice is Reject analytics. Reading the blog does not require accepting optional analytics.

The measurements cover page views, article scroll milestones (25%, 50%, 75% and 90%), clicks on Read our article links in the latest-updates section, and opening or closing the four official-notice pop-ups. Events use fixed article or pop-up identifiers. Google Analytics may also process standard browser, device and session information, cookie or similar identifiers, and automatic first-visit, session-start and engagement events.

Page addresses sent by this integration exclude query strings and fragments and use an approved list of page paths; other paths are reported as /other. The reported page title is the fixed label Companysodi and the referrer field is empty. We do not send names, email addresses, form entries or search terms in these events, and do not use session recording. This integration disables Google signals and advertising-personalization signals and keeps advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization consent denied.

You can use Accept analytics or Reject analytics to save your preference. You can reopen the controls through Analytics choices in the footer and change your choice at any time. Reading the blog does not require accepting optional analytics.

Your accepted or rejected choice and its timestamp are stored in this browser's local storage under companysodi_analytics_choice_v1 and are treated as valid for up to 180 days. If local storage is unavailable, the choice applies only to the current page. Clearing site storage or using another browser or device may require you to choose again.

You can use Accept analytics or Reject analytics to save your preference. Reopen Analytics choices in the footer to change it at any time. Rejecting after acceptance stops future collection by this integration and reloads the page if its tag has already started; it does not erase data already received by Google or automatically remove existing analytics cookies. You can manage or clear cookies in your browser.

Google processes analytics information under its Privacy Policy. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. These optional analytics controls do not stop the separate processing needed for Blogger and other Google services to display and operate the blog.

Service providers and external links

Google provides Blogger and related hosting services. Email messages are also processed by email-service providers. Providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live, as described in their privacy information.

The Route video page and the "Route video" icon on our pages play our road videos from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and shows maps from OpenStreetMap. Opening that page connects your browser to YouTube and to OpenStreetMap's map servers, which receive technical information such as your IP address and the map area shown. YouTube's processing is described in Google's Privacy Policy, and OpenStreetMap's at https://osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy. The road-video player does not store information about you, and its optional Voice feature uses your device's built-in speech.

External links take you to services with their own privacy practices. Review those practices before providing information. A link does not mean Company sodi controls that service.

Records and privacy requests

Email correspondence is held in the blog's email account. Published comments can remain publicly accessible unless removed, and copies may also exist in feeds, search results or other readers' records. Google manages information within its own services according to its policies and settings.

To ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information we handle, email ycompanysodi@gmail.com. Identify the relevant message, article or comment and explain your request without sending unnecessary sensitive information. Removing content from the blog does not necessarily remove copies held by other services or readers. Rights and any applicable limits depend on the law that applies to your request.
