Booking-status update — 29 October 2026: TTD now states that booking for December 2026 General Srivari Seva in Tirumala and Tirupati, Navaneeta Seva and Parakamani Seva has been completed. This is a booking-status update, not completion of the December service programme. The new notice does not state the separate special Vaikunta Ekadasi volunteer quota’s status. The 28 October release times below are historical. December service dates and reporting guidance remain useful for confirmed volunteers.
These are volunteer-service bookings, not a release of ordinary paid darshan tickets. An announced release time does not confirm a place is available or a booking has succeeded.
October 28: the announced release schedule
- 11 am IST: the earlier notice listed five seven-day Vaikunta Ekadasi service spells in Tirumala, for volunteers aged 18–50.
- Noon IST: the December quota for General Srivari Seva in Tirumala and Tirupati, Navaneeta Seva and Parakamani Seva.
The stated 18–50 age range applies to the special Vaikunta Ekadasi slots. This notice should not be read as establishing the eligibility rules for every other volunteer-service category.
The five special service spells
The earlier TTD notice listed these December 2026 date ranges:
- 16–22 December
- 17–23 December
- 22–28 December
- 23–29 December
- 24–30 December
Each listed spell covers seven days, including its start and end dates. For any confirmed booking, check its category-specific eligibility and reporting instructions on the official portal. The new completion notice does not establish availability for the separate special slots.
Important: no sevak darshan on December 20 and 21
The earlier notice stated that darshan would not be provided to General, Navaneeta and Parakamani sevaks on 20 and 21 December 2026, in view of the anticipated pilgrim rush for Vaikunta Ekadasi and Vaikunta Dwadasi respectively.
This is a restriction concerning those volunteer categories. It does not announce a closure of ordinary darshan for all pilgrims, and it is not a promise of darshan on other dates.
The earlier notice also omitted the three-day Parakamani slot covering 18–20 December. Do not plan around that omitted slot.
Reporting dates are different by category
- General Srivari Sevaks: report on the same day as the seva booking date, for both Tirupati and Tirumala.
- Parakamani Sevaks: report one day before the seva booking date, between 2 pm and 4 pm, at Tirumala Seva Sadan-2.
The checked announcement does not give a separate Navaneeta reporting time. Follow the instructions attached to the actual booking rather than applying another category's reporting schedule.
Before making travel arrangements
Use TTD's official booking portal and its Srivari Seva section. The service section has separate registration options, including individual and group volunteers. The announcement also says profile creation is available for sevaks.
Read the relevant requirements before selecting a category. Keep the service date, reporting date and any darshan restriction separate when planning your arrival. Avoid committing to a journey on the assumption that a release announcement guarantees a place.
The new completion notice does not give the exact closing time or a fee. Booking is now marked completed for the named General, Navaneeta and Parakamani categories; do not assume the separate special slots or other services share that status. Recheck the official portal for changes before booking travel.
